We are updating our site!
Our dedicated team has been diligently improving the software, introducing a sleek new design and enhancing its functionality.
This revamped site will enable us to swiftly introduce new features and provide our valued users with a more effective fleet management and health and safety tool for their online interactions.
We are looking to go live on Thursday 14th March in the evening.
New Dashboard
While the site's core functionality remains unchanged, we're excited to unveil a refreshed appearance with some exciting new features added for an enhanced user experience.
Pre-start check
Our inspection sheets now feature dual checkboxes and support the capture of multiple photos, which can be attached via the camera or gallery.
These upgraded checksheets replace the previous single-checkbox format that is displayed on the dashboard.
Pre-start comments on the dashboard
Because the dual checkboxes differ from the single ones, they require a new pre-start comments section on the dashboard.
Initially, the dashboard will display outstanding pre-starts from the old system while capturing new dual pre-starts. Once all older single checkbox sheets are resolved, this will be removed from the dashboard.
GPS
We are pleased to announce enhancements to our GPS capability, setting the stage for new features and improvements to come with enhanced location tracking and innovative functionalities.
Forms
We are excited to introduce our latest feature: 'Forms'. This innovative addition empowers you to craft custom forms tailored to your specific needs, whether it's for site checks, Health & Safety protocols, maintenance requests, and much more.

Q: What will happen to all my existing data?
A: All of your data and saved history is all on the new site.
Q: Does the system work differently/do I have to re-learn the system
A: No, the system works exactly the same. There might be some slight changes that you have to get used to but nothing significant.
Q: Are the prices going to go up because of the update?
A: No, prices will stay the same.
